UK DELIVERIES
When your order ships, you will receive an email from ROYALMAIL courier which will contain your individual consignment tracking number (please note this is different to your order number) Using your consignment number, you can then track your parcel on the courier's website following the link in your tracking email.
How long will my order take to arrive?
- Deliveries are typically received within 2 WORKING days after your order is dispatched (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS)
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can reschedule delivery and will also email you to inform you of the local depot details so you can re-schedule delivery.
PLEASE NOTE; IF YOU AUTHORIZE THE COURIER TO LEAVE YOUR PARCEL IN A SAFE PLACE - THIS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND WE CAN NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY LOSS.
PLEASE ALSO CHECK THAT YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT WHEN ORDERING, AS ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, WE CANNOT AMEND THIS AND THE PARCEL WILL GO TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED ON CHECKOUT.
We are not able to amend sizes of items after checkout - so please check the sizes are correct before completing your purchase
Discounts: Please note only one discount can be used/applied per order
IMPORTANT: In the event an item is no longer available/ becomes out of stock after you have placed an order on our website, the remainder of your order will be sent, you will be refunded for the item which is no longer available however normal shipping fees will apply.
Please note delivery can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 72 hours for shipments to be dispatched. Our delivery time starts from when an order is shipped from our warehouse.
